1 Plot with DPP for the construction of a contemporary detached dwelling. 1.3 acre site with planning permission for three contemporary detached dwellings one of which is being retained by us for our own occupation. We bought the plots having searched in vain for a single plot which provided what we wanted. They are situated close to the centre of the popular village of Fivehead in a private location. The plots are priced on the basis that they will be fully serviced with the access road put in [ to be finished to final course once building is completed] and services provided to the edge of both plots. Planning consent was obtained as an exception site on a site previously retained as open land in the centre of the village and whilst some amendment to the plans might be possible any wholesale revision of the existing scheme is likely to be resisted. We are well advanced in considering our own build and would be happy for any interested party to utilise our developer. We have an indicative tender for the build of £350,000 [ not including the garage/car port because there are options within the planning consent for office studio space]. There may also be an option to join in a contract to bring the build to first fix stage and finish to your own specification and we will provide the likely costs of such an option once we have those details to hand. Likely resale price for the area once completed based on our research is in excess of £650000 but please undertake your own research as comparators for this type of dwelling are not simple.
